All services are subject to a separate written agreement or proposal specific to your project.

Estimates and Quotes

All estimates provided through our website or on-site consultations are free and carry no obligation.
Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided unless otherwise stated.
Final project costs may vary based on site conditions, material availability, and scope changes agreed upon in writing.
A signed proposal and deposit are required before work begins.

Project Terms

Specific project terms, timelines, payment schedules, and warranties are outlined in individual project proposals and contracts.
Tucano Stones & Pavers carries general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage.
We provide a 3-year workmanship warranty on all installations, as detailed in your project contract.
Material warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers (Belgard, Techo-Bloc, etc.) and are separate from our workmanship warranty.
